Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow approximately 14–21 business days for processing and delivery. Many orders may arrive sooner, however processing times may vary depending on inventory availability, customization, and order volume.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Signature Raw Hair

Our extensions are made using premium raw, single donor human hair.

Because raw hair is a natural product, slight variations in texture, wave pattern, and color tone are normal and part of the authenticity of the hair. We recommend shampoo ing all raw bundles before installation. This helps remove any residue from handling and packaging, minimizes the chance of skin sensitivity or allergic reactions, and allows the hair’s natural texture and movement to reveal itself.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout.

Techniques Hair & Extensions is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of raw human hair extensions, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on opened, installed, colored, altered, or tampered products.

If your order arrives with an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.

Once processing has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Techniques Hair & Extensions, you agree to contact us directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, order confirmation, communication history, and tracking information for all disputes filed through financial institutions.
